How do I clean the odem air?

For cleaning, you can pull out the mouthpiece from the back. The two individual parts can then be optimally cleaned. All common cleaning tablets or biological cleaning agents can be used for cleaning. After cleaning, the individual parts should be allowed to dry briefly.

How often should I use the odem air?

We recommend using it for at least 15 minutes a day. You can use the odem air as long and as often as you like. Depending on stressful and demanding

How do I know which resistance level is right for me?

In general, the lower the resistance is set, the more the odem air helps to relax.

The more resistance you set, the more you exercise your breathing and flank muscles and diaphragm. Also, this "stronger" breathing gives you more energy, concentration and focus.

You can find out which of the 6 adjustable resistance levels works best for you by using it regularly.
